Community Noticeboard

From Gacha Games Wiki

Welcome to the Community Noticeboard!

Think of this page as the wiki's help desk and community meeting point. Whether you need help with an edit, want to propose an improvement, or have encountered a problem that needs attention, this is the place to start.

You don't need to be an experienced editor to participate. If something is confusing, something could be improved, or you simply have a question, feel free to speak up!

Of course, this is a community noticeboard, not a PvP arena. Let's keep things constructive.

πŸ“Œ How to Use This Page

[edit | edit source]

Before posting, please keep a few things in mind:

 • Be clear. Explain what you need help with and provide links to relevant pages.
 • Be constructive. Focus on the problem and possible solutions rather than personal disagreements.
 • Keep it relevant. Use this page for community matters, not general discussions about game content.
 • Respect privacy. Do not post private information, passwords, personal contact details, or other sensitive information.
 • Check existing topics. If someone has already raised the same issue, contribute to that discussion instead of creating a duplicate.

For disagreements about a particular article, start with its Discussion tab whenever possible. Use this noticeboard when an issue needs broader attention or help from the wiki owner.

πŸ™‹ Help and Questions

[edit | edit source]

Need help with editing, page organization, formatting, or wiki features?

Post your question here. Other contributors can share suggestions, point you toward existing guides, or help you figure out what to do next.

Before asking, you may also want to check:

How to Post

[edit | edit source]

Create a new section using a descriptive heading, then explain your question.

For example:

How should we organize character build pages?
I'm creating a character guide and noticed that similar pages
use different layouts. Is there an existing format we should follow?

Relevant pages:
* Example Character A
* Example Character B

Feel free to suggest a solution along with your question. A little context can save everyone a lot of back-and-forth.

πŸ’‘ Suggestions and Proposals

[edit | edit source]

Have an idea that could improve the wiki?

You might want to suggest:

 • A new article template or formatting convention.
 • A better way to organize game pages.
 • A new category or directory.
 • Improvements to the editing guides.
 • A community-wide policy or guideline.

Explain what you would like to change, why it would be useful, and any drawbacks you can think of.

Small improvements can usually be made directly. For changes that affect many pages or contributors, discuss the proposal before making large-scale changes.

Not every suggestion needs a formal vote. The goal is to hear reasonable ideas, consider their benefits, and reach a practical decision.

βš–οΈ Content Disputes

[edit | edit source]

Disagreeing about an article is normal. Maybe two sources conflict, a game mechanic is unclear, or contributors have different ideas about how information should be presented.

For ordinary disputes, use the Discussion tab of the relevant article first.

If the issue remains unresolved, or affects multiple pages, you can raise it here.

When reporting a dispute:

 1. Link to the affected page or pages.
 2. Explain the specific point of disagreement.
 3. Summarize the reasoning or evidence on each side.
 4. Describe what kind of help or resolution you are seeking.

Please avoid repeatedly reverting the same disputed changes while a resolution is being discussed. If practical, leave the last reasonably stable version in place until the issue is resolved.

Remember that not every disagreement requires a winner. Sometimes the best solution is clearer wording, better sources, or a distinction between established facts and personal opinions.

🚩 Report Problems and Abuse

[edit | edit source]

Use this section to report problems that need attention beyond an ordinary editing disagreement.

Examples include:

 • Repeated vandalism or deliberate destruction of content.
 • Spam or misleading promotional edits.
 • Harassment, personal attacks, or threats.
 • Repeated edit wars or disruptive behavior.
 • Attempts to evade editing restrictions.
 • Other behavior that interferes with the wiki or prevents contributors from participating constructively.

How to Report a Problem

[edit | edit source]

Please provide enough information for the issue to be reviewed.

Report: [Brief description of the issue]
Affected page(s):
* Page Name

What happened:
Briefly describe the behavior and why it is a problem.

Relevant evidence:
* Link to the relevant page history or diff.

Requested action:
Explain what kind of assistance or review is needed.

A link to a specific revision comparison (diff) is especially useful because it shows exactly what changed.

Please report observable behavior rather than simply stating that another contributor is difficult or that you dislike their opinion. Disagreement with an opinion is not, by itself, a violation of the rules.

Do not retaliate against the contributor, organize others to confront them, or turn the report into a public argument.

For threats, doxxing, or other serious misconduct, avoid reposting sensitive material. Provide only the information needed for the wiki owner to investigate.

πŸ“£ Community Announcements

[edit | edit source]

Important community-wide announcements may be posted here, including:

 • Changes to community rules or editing guidelines.
 • New wiki features or major organizational changes.
 • New community initiatives.
 • Information about moderator appointments or changes to moderation procedures.

Please keep announcements concise and relevant to the community.

πŸ› οΈ How Issues Are Handled

[edit | edit source]

This wiki is currently maintained by its owner, and moderators may be appointed as the community grows.

Until additional moderators are available, the wiki owner will review reports and community-wide disputes.

The general process is:

 1. Review: The issue is examined, including relevant page histories, discussions, and evidence.
 2. Clarification: When necessary, the people involved may be asked to explain their actions or provide additional context.
 3. Resolution: The owner or an appointed moderator determines an appropriate next step, which may include guidance, a warning, a content correction, editing restrictions, or a block.
 4. Follow-up: Where appropriate, the outcome is explained so contributors understand what was decided and why.

Not every report requires formal action. Some issues can be resolved through clarification, a correction, or a constructive discussion.

Serious misconduct may warrant immediate action without a prior warning.

Please be patient while a report is reviewed. Avoid repeatedly posting the same report or demanding an immediate outcome. If new evidence becomes available, add it to the existing discussion.

Moderation decisions should be based on evidence, the Community Rules, and consistent treatment of contributors. If you disagree with a decision, raise your concerns calmly with the wiki owner rather than escalating the conflict.

πŸ“‹ Open Topics

[edit | edit source]

Use this section as a simple index of unresolved community matters.

When opening a new topic elsewhere on this page, consider adding a short entry here if it needs follow-up.

 • No open topics yet. Add an entry when a matter requiring community attention is raised.

Once a topic is resolved, update its status and move it to the appropriate resolved section or archive when practical.

βœ… Resolved Topics

[edit | edit source]

Resolved discussions may be summarized here before being moved to an archive, especially when the outcome establishes a useful convention or decision for future contributors.

For example:

 • A new article layout has been agreed upon.
 • A formatting question has been answered.
 • A community proposal has been accepted or declined.

Keep summaries brief and link to the original discussion where possible.
